Wow!!! We have snow. We got about another foot last night, it has been blowing snow sideways all day here in the Village up until about 15 minutes ago. Now it is Blue bird. Absolutely beautiful. Come and check out Squaw Valley USA!!!! Powder Skiing tomorrow!

We had a busy December for closing properties here in the Village at Squaw Valley. Squaw Valley Village Real Estate had 3 sales total, 2, 2 bedrooms and 1, 1 bedroom here in the Village.
Unit #333 East, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, 1026 sqft, listed at $675,000, sold $660,000 ( short sale)
Unit #415 West, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, 1075 sqft, listed at $699,000, sold $695,000
Unit # 329 East, 1 bedroom , 577 sqft, listed at $399,000, sold $370,000
There are no pending condominium sales in the Village at this time. I will have a more updates on the current market coming soon.

It is a beautiful snowy day here in Squaw Valley. We got about 6 inches last night and this next storm rolling through should bring an extra 8 inches. The temp is cold, so it will make for some great powder skiing here in Squaw Valley. See you on the slopes.
